Dear ANANDA friends,
We would like to inform you about current changes regarding ANANDA eV.
In recent years we have made a lot of effort and invested energy and time to bring the ANANDA school project into the world. We developed a wonderful concept as a wonderful team and spent countless hours filled with idealism to bring our heart's vision to earth: to build a school for the children of the new age. In the years that followed, we worked tirelessly to make this school a reality.
In this process we have gone through many wonderful experiences and moments together, but also through many challenges, obstacles and efforts. The being ANANDA has shown us again and again that it wants to come to earth, no matter how great the challenges. So we have stood firm at decisive points and carried on, sometimes even beyond our strength.
In the last few months, it has become increasingly clear in team meetings that the team's strengths and energies are going in different directions and that the current constellation is no longer sufficient to continue the project as before. Our vision had always been to create and support the initiative together, consisting of team members, parents, children and students, because we knew that such a concept can only be nourished by the many in the community and by working together. We noticed that we lacked support in one place or another and that in this constellation, after so many years of tireless work alongside our individual lifestyles, we had run out of steam, even though we continue to believe deeply in the vision and essence of ANANDA.
The processes of the last few months have led us to the decision to dissolve ANANDA eV.
The good news is that the work will not be lost and the ANANDA project will continue to exist. It will be taken over and looked after by the association In Harmony with Nature eV until new ways are found and show how the vision can be realized. In Harmony with Nature eV was founded by Stephanie Bunk, who was the original founder of the initiative together with Katrin Schwoerer Genenz. The project will therefore remain in the hands of one of the original initiators and guardians.
What does this mean for you?
- The homepage: www.freie-schule-ananda.de will continue to exist.
- You can still subscribe to the newsletter.
- The focus of ANANDA on Lake Constance will currently be on the events of our ANANDA yurt in Wahlweiler, where you can take part in wonderful and lovingly designed events, such as the annual circle festivals, which are in the spirit of ANANDA and our vision.
- We will continue to work to create ANANDA schools and are grateful for any form of support.
- You also have the option of renting the yurt for your own events through In Harmony with Nature eV. The contact person for this is Martina Kugler. Please only send inquiries from April 1st, as we are currently still in the transition process and still have to work out various regulations. We will only respond to inquiries received in advance from April 1st.
- The yurt of ANANDA eV will also be transferred to In Harmony with Nature eV and will continue to be a venue for ANANDA projects.
- The yurt, as well as the use of the donations, remain the decision-making power of the ANANDA project team members.
